Shipping Return Policy

CHARGES

The charges for shipping and handling for shopping at ikas motif store depends on the location to which you want your purchases to be sent.

**Free shipping is offered to only customers in India.

**For customers outside India, international shipping charges as well as duties and taxes as applicable are payable by the customer

**Handling or convenience charges may apply depending upon any special request.

DELIVERY

Items will be sent to the address provided by you . Make sure that you recheck the address before you confirm the order so as to avoid incorrect delivery. We prefer to deliver to office or residence addresses.

we do not encourage delivery to P.O. boxes or any other destination where the recipient is not identifiable because of the risk involved due to the value of the goods.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond our control. These interruptions include but are not limited to transportation system, customs clearance issues, shipping carrier or cardholder’s credit card bank delays.

MULTIPLE DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDERS

A single service provider may not have a strong network in all countries hence in order to optimize shipping lead times we work with several different service providers. A mail containing details of the service provider as well as the tracking information will be sent to you within 48 hours after an order is shipped from our warehouse.

TIME FRAME

Domestic Shipping: : Standard delivery time for any domestic orders i.e. orders within India, is 3 – 4 weeks unless otherwise specified for any particular product.

International Shipping: Standard delivery time for any International orders i.e. orders outside of India is 5 -6 weeks.

We will update you with the tracking details within 48 hours of the items being dispatched. Deliveries will take place between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm unless otherwise specified.

Returns and Exchange of any Jayanti Reddy product is only possible under the following conditions and by way of a credit note.

1. DAMAGED GOODS

We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves our office. If you feel your merchandise is damaged, you must let us know within 5 working days of receipt. A full account credit will be applicable for damaged products. Items cannot be returned on grounds of colour, choice or handwork.

2. WRONG ORDERS

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please write to us with your order number and name. We shall ship the merchandise you requested for as soon as we receive our wrongly sent merchandise in its original form and packaging.

TERMS OF RETURN & EXCHANGE

All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you. Ikas motif will not incur shipping or insurance charges on merchandise that is cancelled.

The merchandise is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the merchandise to us is your responsibility.

The returned good must contain on labels, tag, receipt and other packaging with which the goods were sent to you. Ikas motif reserves the right to refuse return or exchange in case of missing packaging.

All returns will only be on credit basis. A credit note will be sent to the billing address provided by you.

This amount will exclude shipping and handling charges. Exchange can only be in the form of repurchase via the credit note.

We do not accept returns on specially ordered and customised items under any circumstances since all items have been customised as per your request and post your approval.

If you do wish to modify your order, please inform us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be modified.
